Cognitive Ability Assessment
Seven cognitive subtests across fluid reasoning, memory, verbal ability, quantitative reasoning, processing speed, spatial reasoning, and pattern detection.
Research-grounded
What does this IQ test measure?
The TESTUNO IQ test evaluates seven cognitive domains that together form a structured estimate of general cognitive performance:
Abstract & Matrix Reasoning
Ability to identify patterns and rules.
Numerical Reasoning
Ability to solve numerical relationships and sequences.
Verbal Reasoning
Ability to recognize concepts, analogies and relationships between words.
Spatial Reasoning
Ability to mentally manipulate and understand shapes and spatial relationships.
Working Memory
Ability to temporarily hold and manipulate information.
Processing Speed
Speed of identifying and matching visual information.
Pattern Detection
Ability to detect rules in mixed letter-number sequences.
How long does the IQ test take?
The full assessment takes approximately 25 to 35 minutes. Rushing is not recommended, take your time on each item to produce a reliable result.
How is the TESTUNO IQ Estimate calculated?
Each subtest produces raw scores that are converted to scaled scores (mean 10, SD 3). Scaled scores combine into index scores (mean 100, SD 15) and an Estimated IQ. Scoring follows a fixed test and scoring version. Raw results cannot simply be converted into an IQ without norm data, so TESTUNO uses a provisional norm base and reports an uncertainty range.
How accurate is an online IQ test?
TESTUNO is an online assessment and is not equivalent to a professionally administered clinical intelligence test. TESTUNO is designed to provide a structured online estimate of cognitive performance using multiple reasoning domains.

IQ score interpretation
IQ scores use a mean of 100 and a standard deviation of 15. A score between 90 and 109 is considered average. The uncertainty range reflects the measurement error of a single sitting. Percentile figures are derived from the normal distribution; TESTUNO does not publish fabricated population comparisons.
